Transforming Your Breath and Your Life

Conscious breathing provides an intimate pathway into being. Practiced
in many of the great spiritual traditions, including Taoism, Buddhism,
and Advaita, conscious breathing not only supports our health, healing,
and vitality, but it can also help us discover the profound inner
stillness and presence that is our true nature.
In this workshop, led by breath explorer and teacher Dennis Lewis, you will
explore, experientially, the power of conscious breathing to transform your
breath and your life. You will not only learn some of the secrets of natural,
healthy breathing, but you will gain a comprehensive overview of the basic,
self-directed ways of safely working with your breath--including work with
movements, postures, touch, and sound.
